When I joined Rotary, I knew Rotary made a difference in the world, but I never realized the amazing fellowship with Rotarians. From our local community to international projects, Rotary is involved in helping others in need.
The purpose of Rotary is to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. Rotary’s motto is “Service Above Self”. The most notable global project for Rotary, is Polio Plus, contributing to the global eradication of polio. There are almost 34,000 clubs and 1.22 members worldwide.
Franklin Daybreak Rotary Club was chartered December 1, 1997. Franklin Daybreak Rotary Club meets for breakfast every Tuesday morning at 7:30 am at Angel Medical Center Cafeteria. If you are interested in learning more about our club, please email us at s.bicycles@morrisbb.net .
